Nice to meet you! I am Ju.
I'm a Brazilian creative, currently working as a Global Creative Director at Ogilvy UK. I was born in Campinas, a city that has more than 1 million inhabitants, but still feels like a village in the Brazilian countryside. Because I have always been driven to explore our big blue planet, I have lived and worked in four countries so far: Brazil, Germany, UAE, Spain, and the UK; in agencies like Jung von Matt, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Ogilvy, and now at Uncommon.
Right now, I am in London where I am working on global brands such as British Airways. Previously, I worked with the Unilever portfolio at Ogilvy London, with global brands such as Dove and Hellmann's, creating award-winning work such as “Courage is beautiful” and “Reverse Selfie”. Before that, at Publicis Spain, I was responsible for creating IKEA's most-shared campaigns of all times: the IKEA Real Life Series, which won a number of Cannes Lions and many other international awards. In addition to IKEA, I also led other regional accounts such as Renault, Carrefour and Smart accounts, to be also recognised and nominated internationally. As a direct result of this work, Publicis was ranked in Cannes as one of the Top 4 Most Creative Agencies in Spain.
Before Spain, I worked for four years in the UAE, as a Regional Creative Director at Ogilvy Dubai in the Middle East and North African region, where I oversaw the work of 15 different offices from my hub in Dubai. There, I worked for clients such as IKEA, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Burger King, and Pfizer. Under my leadership, IKEA Saudi Arabia won its first awards including a number of Gold Lions and 5 D&AD pencils.
Most of all, I love ideas, but after that I love traveling, coffee, Fridays, cinema and anything that makes me laugh. And I love to socialise and bring people together.

• Led Ogilvy Jeddah and IKEA Saudi Arabia to win their first awards in 2016;
• In 2017, led Ogilvy Jeddah and IKEA Saudi Arabia to win at Cannes for the second time in a row;
• In 2023, helped Ogilvy UK to be ranked #4 Most Awarded Agency worldwide at the One Show;
